Privacy policy
Frateo LLC (“Frateo”, “we”) runs frateo.com. This policy covers this website. The Frateo Connect application has its own terms with each customer.
What we collect
When you send the demo form: your name, company, work email, and, if you give them, your country and message. We use them only to answer your request and to arrange a demo.
To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the browser without cookies for tracking. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not identify you.
Where it goes
Your request is sent as an email to hello@frateo.com, hosted by Microsoft 365. The website is served by Cloudflare. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your request as long as we are in contact with you, and delete it on request.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, by writing to hello@frateo.com.
Changes
We will post any change on this page with a new date.
