Bookings & AWB stock

Book against your own AWB stock.

Issue house AWB numbers in ranges, give each customer their own, and book against them. Every number is used once, and you can see which ones are still free.

Warehouse receipts

Measure on arrival. Hear right away when it differs.

The warehouse records each pallet or piece as it comes in: count, weight and dimensions. Frateo compares the receipt with the booking and alerts the person who owns the shipment when the pieces or the weight don't match.

ULD build-up

Build the ULDs on screen, print the tags.

Place each AWB on its ULD by the last four digits of the number. Frateo counts the pieces, stops you before anything is left behind, and opens the pallet tags when you confirm the flight.

Flight tracking

Flights that update themselves.

Where the carrier publishes milestones, Frateo reads them and moves the flight and every booking on it forward: departed, arrived, delivered. Your team stops refreshing airline websites.

Documents

The master AWB, issued from the system.

House AWBs and the master AWB are printed on the IATA form from the data you already entered. The master declares the weight the warehouse measured. Every issued version is kept, and each flight shows which documents it still needs.
